For the holidays, I aimed to create a personalized gift that reflected the shared connection my friends and I have through both art and spirituality.

By transforming a simple, everyday object like a lighter into a canvas for self-expression, I aimed to create a meaningful design that intertwined art, spirituality, and protection. Each lighter serves not only as a piece of accessible, personal art but also as a modern talisman—infused with symbols of spiritual grounding and protection.

"Seraphic Shields" combines imagery of guns and angels to symbolize protection in the face of life's challenges. The artwork encourages users to confront adversity head-on, drawing strength from the iconic angelic phrase, "Do not be afraid," so when it feels like life is pointing the end of its barrel at them, to point that shit right back.
